A drywall wall is only as good as what's inside it. We install batt insulation, sound attenuation, mineral wool and vapor barriers — matched to the STC or U-value the spec calls out.
For medical, hospitality and office work where sound isolation matters, we build assemblies to the exact detail — resilient channel, double-layer, sealed penetrations, the whole assembly.

Can you build to a specific STC rating?+
Yes. Common targets are STC 45 (office), STC 50 (medical / demising) and STC 55+ (conference / recording). We build to a tested assembly, not a guess.
Do you install mineral wool as well as fiberglass?+
Yes. Mineral wool where fire and sound both matter. Fiberglass for pure thermal and acoustic batts elsewhere.
What kills an STC rating in the field?+
Bridging screws through resilient channel, unsealed penetrations and gaps at the top track. We walk for all three before board covers the wall.
